These machines allow us to automate the production process, streamlining it and allowing us to cover large series. A modular tool support system ensures a high level of flexibility to distribute the machining operations. Its symmetrical structure leads into identical rigidity in primary and secondary operations, contributing to an optimal distribution of machining operations, generating optimal cycles and reducing manufacturing costs. Another great advantage is also its high power, allowing a great chip removal, excellent finishes and an excellent repeatability.

. 1 thread roller with automatic load Sheeter.
. 2 facilities for parts unit selection (Transfers).
. All control media necessary and appropriate to ensure compliance of product with the requirements of customers, including the Mitutoyo M574 coordinate measuring machine.
