Turning parts

The manufacture of sleeves is one of our company’s production lines, with annual productions that are between 5 and 6 million units.
Our process starts from calibrated tube that is cut with an accuracy of 0,02 mm with the use of lathes CNC.

The subsequent operation is to check the length of the 100% of the sleeves, ensuring that all of them are within the tolerance criteria. Sleeves family currently ranges between 8 and 25 mm in diameter and between 35 and 150 mm in length. However, we are qualified for the production of other measures.

We also manufacture precision turned parts that often belong to components included in the same projects that the shift levers. We can study the customer’s needs and adapt our service to what it demands.
