Shift levers

The most important family in our production are the shifters and the bell cranks. The current manufacturing lies between 1.5 and 2 million units a year.
For the manufacture of levers, there is a fully automated process in phases of machining and cutting carried out by our machinery. Generally, this kind of parts needs subsequent operations of knurled, drilled, burnished, milling, etc.

In Turnimat S.A. all of these operations are finished in our centers of turning, which eliminates the subsequent operations, thus achieving greater precision and competitiveness.

Our presses section, equipped with next-generation detection barriers, allows forming different shapes and folding of the pieces.
